Meet
Dr. Jason Booth

Dr. Jason was born in the Baytown of Fairhope, Alabama and moved to Arizona a few months later. He grew up in the Northwest Valley attending Deer Valley High School. Jason’s college years were spent in Tempe attending Arizona State University. He met his wife, Michelle while in Tempe and was married in 1994. The South was always calling; for dental school, Jason earned his DMD at the University of Alabama School of Dentistry.
